Anwendung

Prepare the oil: Warm 3-5 drops of the oil between your palms and gently massage into cleansed skin on your face, neck and décolleté.
Gua Sha Massage: Work the oil in with the Rose Quartz Gua Sha, always stroking from the center of the face outwards. Feel free to use the exercises from the Face Yoga Guide.
Apply eye serum: Apply 1-2 drops of the Smoothing Eye Serum to your fingertips and gently pat under your eyes.
Applying Eye Flowies: Gently glide the Rose Quartz Eye Flowies under your eyes for about 2 minutes. Then, for about another 2 minutes, sweep above the inner corner of your eye, over the brow bone, and toward your temples.
Use routine daily: The application can be carried out in the morning or evening as needed – for a fresh radiance and relaxed eye area.

Die schönste Routine fürs ME - Face Yoga
Was hab ich bloß ohne gemacht? Face Yoga erhellt mir jede. Tag und ich möchte diese Routine nie mehr missen. Endlich erhält meine Haut genau das, was sie braucht. Feuchtigkeit, Pflege, Achtsamkeit und Glow. Unverzichtbar!

Tolles Gefühl nach der Anwendung
Die EMS Cleansing Brush reinigt super das Gesicht im 1. Modus .
Modus 2. nutze ich nicht.
Modus 3. Für die Wirkstoffaufnahme mit gelben Licht finde ich sehr angenehm. Nur mit Öl benutzen.
Modus 4. Für die Straffung mit rotem Licht ist sehr angenehm. Es entsteht eine schöne Wärme und ein leichtes Kribbel.
Über die Wirksamkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen. Ich nutze es 3-4 mal pro Woche . Mal abwarten was es für hoffentlich positive Erfolge bringt.

Positiv überrascht
Die Yoga Routine hat mich positiv überrascht. Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass "Steine" in Kombination mit Cremes/Seren eine deutliche Änderung des Hautbildes hervorrufen können. Aber ich merkte bereits nach ein paar Tagen, dass die Augenringe/Schwellungen unter den Augen schon etwas besser wurden. Auch die Fältchen neben den Augen sind nicht mehr so tief wie vorher. Also ein super Produkt!!!
